The Smile Foundation team provides dental and medical services gratis (free) to Mexican residents.
Dental
- Limpiezas (cleanings)
- Extracciones (extractions)

Optometry
- Exámenes de la vista (eye exams)
- Gafas graduadas (prescription glasses)
Education
We also visit schools to conduct preliminary oral examinations, distribute medical tools, and teach proper dental hygiene:
- Brush teeth and tongue regularly with fluoride toothpaste.
- Floss after brushing.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables while limiting sugary and acidic foods.
- Visit a dentist.
