Services

The Smile Foundation team provides dental and medical services gratis (free) to Mexican residents.

Dental

  • Limpiezas (cleanings)

Education

We also visit schools to conduct preliminary oral examinations, distribute medical tools, and teach proper dental hygiene:​

  1. Brush teeth and tongue regularly with fluoride toothpaste.
  2. Floss after brushing.
  3. Drink plenty of water.
  4. Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables while limiting sugary and acidic foods.
  5. Visit a dentist.
